Young Workers: Safe, Healthy, and Ready

Why do we celebrate International Youth Day? Do you know that every year there are millions of young workers entering the workforce? These young people should be learning in a university or campus. They should be studying to be future doctors, engineers, lawyers and pilots, but instead they are working different jobs in constructions, food chains, and have no choice but to risk their future just to help and support their families.

There’s no problem with working those jobs. It’s a great way to gain experience, knowledge and skills, but these kind of jobs can also be dangerous for them. This infographic was created as an awareness campaign to provide these young workers helpful safety tips and help them be safe, ready and aware of their rights in work.
