The cold is killing a lot of people in the UK every year which is why the Energy Bill Revolution has launched Cold Homes Week from February 3–7, 2014. The aim is to help raise awareness about the lack of insulation in UK homes and to lobby the government to fund super-insulation in homes, and thus reduce fuel poverty.
